Step & Fun!
STEPAEROBIC is an ingenious mix of fitness and coordination training - by mirroring the choreography, both sides of the brain are equally challenged - we move, animated by cool music, over, on and around the stepboard! The slow build-up to the finale on the last day guarantees fun - at the end of each session we stretch our muscles extensively for a great body feeling.
No previous experience necessary.
